Patient was referred for continuation of RCT. This tooth was initially treated by other dentist. Pre-op radiograph showed there was a separated instrument in mesiobuccal canal.

Broken fragment was removed. Canal shaping was done to bypass the ledge and regained the proper working length. Irrigation was activated using ultrasonic irrigation (U600 LED) and photodynamic therapy with low photosensitizer. Obturation was completed using C-Root SP Strontium-Based Bioceramic Sealer assisted with Fi-P. Healing was observed at 3 months after obturation. Patient was sent back to previous dentist for full coverage restoration.
